So I've been trying to start this blog almost all summer but continuously- life happened to get in the way. But now - seemed like a better time than any to make it come alive.
I'm newly single and having to reevaluate life in every aspect; perfect time to use miles as therapy and document the memories I've had.
When I came up with the title •miles and memories• earlier this summer, I had no idea what it meant other than I would show my scrapbook pages and hold myself accountable on my workouts. But now more than ever- both have become my emotional outlets during this transition in life.
In this past week, I've made 5 layouts and ran 6 miles. If you find what works, you just do it - just to keep you sane, to keep you happy. Besides all that, I've found people who have stood by my side and that there are good people all around who will help you. I'm forever grateful and that's an understatement.
I hope more than anything that I can inspire you to do whatever it is that makes you happy. Everyday someone inspires me - now it's my turn to repay everyone who have helped me.
